Tiny Treadz are sold exclusively within Australia and we guarantee that orders will be dispatched within two business days from receipt of your payment. We utilise Australia Post services with a timeframe for delivery between 2-4 business days for East Coast orders and 5-6 business days for Central and West Coast orders.
We are excited to offer free postage Australia wide for regular postage services. However if you would like your Tiny Treadz a little quicker, please contact us for an individualised postage quotation.
We trust that you and your little ones will love your Tiny Treadz just as much as we do. However, we are focussed on customer satisfaction and if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to hear from you. We simply ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from date of purchase for any returns, refunds or exchanges.
Any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new condition, have no signs of wear and tear and be in the original packaging. A small fee of $3.50 will be charged to process any refund or exchange.
Customers requesting a refund must indicate their reason for return in their contact email. Please choose carefully as we are not able to accept refund requests simply for a change of mind. Customers are responsible for the return postage fees and the item must be received no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.
We ask that you utilise our Tiny Treadz sizing chart and guide when purchasing your shoes however should you require an exchange we will strive to accommodate your needs. Customers wanting to exchange an item are responsible for the return postage of your Tiny Treadz, which must be received no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Your replacement item will be forwarded on receipt of the exchange fee of $3.50, dependent of availability of stock.
